Overview
Executive Summary
Izmir Town Society in Lahore wanted every kind of entry, by car or on foot, to pass a proper check. In 2014, ASG Systems Pakistan installed e-tag vehicle access, a visitor lane and pedestrian security at the society entrance.
Residents’ cars are recognised automatically, visitors go through a staffed lane, and pedestrians enter through a controlled point.
The brief
The Challenge
A gate is only secure if every way in is controlled, including the path for people on foot.
- Vehicle entry depended on guards recognising cars by sight.
- Visitors and residents shared the same lane.
- People on foot could enter without a check.
- The society wanted one consistent standard for every entry.
What we delivered
The Solution: One Entrance, Three Controlled Routes
ASG Systems Pakistan put vehicles, visitors and pedestrians each on their own controlled route.
Component 01
E-Tag Vehicle Access
E-tag readers identify residents’ vehicles and open the barrier without a manual check.
Component 02
Visitor Lane
A separate lane takes visitors to the guard post for checking.
Component 03
Pedestrian Security
Pedestrian security at the gate means no one walks in unchecked.
