Overview

Executive Summary

Raya Fairways is a mixed commercial development needing a dependable way to manage vehicle parking and collect parking revenue without relying on manual, staffed toll booths at every exit. The brief called for a system that could track vehicle entry and exit, calculate fees automatically, and let drivers pay and leave quickly.

ASG Systems Pakistan was engaged as the solutions and service provider responsible for planning, supplying, and installing a parking management and revenue system across the facility, including self-pay booth machines for automated fee collection, working with technology partners Centurion for entry barriers and Comas for the parking revenue and payment technology.

The brief

The Challenge

Raya Fairways needed its parking operation to run efficiently without the overhead of a fully staffed, manual toll system at every point:

  1. Control vehicle entry at checkpoints without creating delays for visitors and tenants.
  2. Track parking duration accurately enough to calculate fees automatically, rather than relying on manual logging.
  3. Give drivers a fast, self-service way to pay for parking and exit without needing a staffed cashier at every lane.
  4. Deploy equipment reliable enough for continuous daily use across a commercial facility.

What we delivered

The Solution: Outdoor Access, Indoor Checkpoints & Self-Pay Revenue Collection

ASG Systems Pakistan designed and installed a parking management and revenue system covering the full journey from the outdoor approach to the parking structure through to payment and exit.

Component 05

Parking Revenue System & Self-Pay Booth Machines

At the core of the facility is a parking revenue system supplied by Comas, paired with a Centurion boom barrier and a live occupancy counter. Drivers use the self-pay booth machine to settle their fee automatically—removing the need for a staffed cashier at every exit lane and giving the operator accurate, automated revenue tracking.

Partners

Technology Partners: Centurion & Comas

To build a dependable, end-to-end parking operation, ASG Systems Pakistan partnered with Centurion for automatic boom barriers at entry checkpoints, and with Comas for the parking revenue system and self-pay booth machines that automate fee collection across the facility.

How we did it

Implementation Approach

  1. 1Site survey of the parking approach, entry checkpoint, and facility layout to plan equipment placement.
  2. 2Procurement and staging of boom barriers through Centurion and revenue/self-pay equipment through Comas.
  3. 3Civil and electrical works for barrier foundations, self-pay station wiring, and occupancy counter integration.
  4. 4Installation, calibration, and functional testing of entry barriers, self-pay stations, and the revenue system.
  5. 5Coordination with Raya Fairways operations staff for a smooth handover and go-live in 2021.

Outcome

Results & Impact

The completed installation gave Raya Fairways an automated, end-to-end parking management and revenue operation:

  • Controlled vehicle entry via Centurion automatic boom barriers at the checkpoint.
  • Automated fee calculation and collection through the Comas parking revenue system.
  • Faster, self-service exit for drivers via self-pay booth machines, reducing dependence on staffed cashier lanes.
  • Accurate, trackable parking revenue for facility operators.
