A transit network of this scale needs a passenger-screening setup that is fast, reliable, and consistent at every station—without slowing down the flow of daily commuters.
ASG Systems Pakistan was engaged as the solutions and service provider responsible for planning, supplying, and deploying walk-through gate and baggage scanning security infrastructure across the entire Orange Line network, working with technology partner CETEC to source and commission the screening equipment.

ASG Systems Pakistan designed and delivered a standardized security screening checkpoint for every station on the Orange Line, built around two core systems.

Walk-Through Gates (Metal Detectors)
Walk-through metal detector gates were installed at station entry points to screen passengers for concealed metallic items as they move through the checkpoint, enabling continuous, non-intrusive screening of commuter traffic.

Baggage X-Ray Scanners
X-ray baggage scanners were paired with each walk-through gate to inspect bags and carry-on items in parallel with passenger screening, so that both a passenger and their belongings clear security in a single, coordinated step.
